在英国法律权威机构--钱伯斯法律评级机构（Chambers and Partners）2010年度评选中，中银律师事务所蒋纪平律师被评为2010年度中国、香港地区资本市场资产证券化领域（Capital Markets: PRC Law: Securitisation: China/Hong Kong）的杰出律师（Leading Lawyer），并被收录在钱伯斯法律评级机构即将发布的权威出版物Chambers Global 2010中。
资产证券化是国内法律服务新兴的高端领域，蒋纪平律师成为此次少数几位入围该领域的中国大陆地区律师之一，也是中银律师事务所首位获此殊荣的知名律师。

KEY INDIVIDUALS Jiang Jiping is “deeply committed to the development of the domestic derivatives market,” and leads the group. He was heavily involved with the drafting and translation of the 2009 NAFMII master agreement, particularly in relation to performance assurance documentation. Another notable highlight saw him advise CBRC on the proposed incorporation of the close-out netting regime to the draft Regulation on Bankruptcy of Banking Financial Institutions. |
